By creating an account or using the Bodin Performance Hockey app, you agree to these terms.
When you book a lesson, you are reserving a spot with a coach at a specific time. Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Lesson availability is subject to rink schedule changes outside our control.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the lesson start time are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of the lesson) are not eligible for a refund. If your lesson was automatically rescheduled due to a rink schedule change, you may cancel the rescheduled lesson for a full refund regardless of timing. If we or the rink cancel your lesson, you will receive a full refund automatically.
Rink schedules may change without notice. If a rink cancels an ice session, we will attempt to automatically reschedule your lesson to the nearest available time slot. If no alternative is available, your lesson will be cancelled and you will be refunded. You will be notified of any changes via push notification and in-app notification.
All payments are processed securely through Helcim Inc. Prices are listed in USD. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and player profiles. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Hockey training involves inherent risks of physical injury, property damage, and in rare cases death. By booking lessons through this app, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume them on behalf of yourself and any player profiles you manage. You release Bodin Performance Hockey and its coaches from liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in lessons, except where prohibited by law.
Bodin Performance Hockey provides a booking platform for hockey lessons. We are not liable for injuries sustained during lessons, rink closures, schedule changes made by the rink, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bodin Performance Hockey harmless from any third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at the phone number below and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any remaining dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ohio, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
